Andrea is a veteran credit executive with over 40 years of experience in specialty finance and middle-market lending. As founder of Wells Fargo’s Lender Finance Division, she deployed $9+ billion across 230+ transactions with lifetime losses of just 22 basis points. Her early support of firms like Ares Commercial Finance reflects her track record of scaling top-tier platforms. Andrea serves on the public boards of Ready Capital (NYSE: RC) and BlackRock TCP Capital (NASDAQ: TCPC), bringing deep expertise in underwriting, portfolio strategy, and governance.

Joel is a third-generation entrepreneur who founded AdCap to empower business owners through flexible financing and strategic support. He previously founded Advance Partners in 1998, which grew to over 170 employees and deployed more than $20 billion in working capital before its acquisition by Paychex in 2016. In 2020, he launched Encore Funding a lending platform designed to support small businesses that fall outside conventional lending parameters. Joel is a 2013 EY Entrepreneur of the Year and serves on several nonprofit and institutional boards. Joel is an active member of YPO.

Gary is a veteran financial services executive with 35+ years of experience in credit, operations, and leadership across banking and specialty finance. He previously served as CEO of Ready Capital (NYSE: RC) and CEO of ReadyCap Lending, where he has grown the SBA platform into the third-largest 7(a) lender nationwide. Gary has held senior roles at CIT, Newtek, and Brevet Capital, and is known for his disciplined underwriting and commitment to underserved markets. He also brings extensive boardroom experience, regularly presenting on credit, technology, and enterprise initiatives, and has led efforts to advance board diversity.

Danny is a senior operations and credit executive with 30+ years of experience financing small and underserved businesses. He leads operations, technology, and credit execution, while playing a key role in underwriting, client relationships, and portfolio oversight.

Danny was a founding member of Advance Partners, where he led the credit and funding divisions for over two decades. During his tenure, he managed more than $25 billion in funding with a dilution rate of less than 0.50 basis points—reflecting his disciplined, data-driven approach. Danny has partnered with Joel Adelman for over 40 years.

Before co-founding AdCap, Dane was a Vice President at MJX Asset Management, where he helped manage $30 billion across 33 structured vehicles. He held primary coverage for over 50 portfolio companies totaling $2.8 billion in value and served as Sector Head for Aerospace & Defense and Transports. Dane brings deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis, with a strong track record in leveraged buyouts, M&A, and distressed debt. His disciplined, bottom-up approach to underwriting and portfolio construction is rooted in fundamental credit analysis and drives performance across market cycles.

Eric works to achieve the primary financial objectives of the firm and philanthropic efforts. Having worked on more than $700M worth of M&A transactions, he is a trusted source of knowledge, experience, and insight for the entire team.

Prior to AdCap, Eric assisted Private Equity companies in growing their portfolio companies through inorganic growth. His experience has helped him close deals more than $600M as well as maintaining strong financial positions for the companies he represented. His focus has been Healthcare and Technology.
